Brawl Stars Unveils Enchanted Woods Update for June 2023

In the latest Brawl Talk for June 2023, two new characters will be added to Brawl Stars in the Enchanted Woods Update. One of these is Cordelius, a toxic character from another dimension with a specific theme. Additionally, there are enchanted skins available in this update along with some mode changes and reward adjustments. Brawl Stars June 2023 Brawl Talk: New Brawlers

In this part of the June 2023 Brawl Talk, we'll be discussing the latest brawlers that have been added to Brawl Stars through the Enchanted Woods Update.

Cordelius

Cordelius was once an ordinary gardener working in the park, but he went insane due to the toxicity of his surroundings. His primary mode of attack involves throwing two quick mushrooms using his gardening equipment, which inflict significant damage but have limited range. Despite this limitation, Cordelius compensates by being a swift Brawler who can quickly charge up his Super ability when near opponents.

When Cordelius successfully activates his Super ability, he takes both himself and his opponent's minds to an alternate reality. Within this new reality, Cordelius gains increased speed and reload abilities while the opponent is unable to use their own Super or Gadgets but can still move and attack normally.

He will remain in this world for a specific duration or until you emerge victorious over the opponent Brawler, or they defeat you. When Cordelius Super is activated, no other Brawlers can intervene in the battle. At the final level of the Brawl Pass, Cordelius will have an exclusive Spore-Mind skin available.

Doug

Doug has recently joined the Velocirapids Water Park and is a member of Buzz's trio. He is known to be very easy-going, amiable, and relaxed among his family members, always eager to help everyone around him feel better. However, whether or not he heals someone depends on how far away they are from Doug. If an individual happens to belong to the opposing team, then instead of healing them he will deal damage.

Doug

Doug is a unique Brawler as he has the ability to revive himself or his teammates. He achieves this by throwing a hot dog that floats towards his allies and can also be used on himself. The players who are defeated while marked with the hot dog symbol will come back to life again, but it's important to note that this mark expires after some time so timing is crucial for using it effectively. Draco Doug, a skin costing 29 gems, will be available in early August alongside Doug's release.

This update will bring a variety of new skins to the game, including Pirate-themed ones, Enchanted designs that are both strange and eerie, and other options as well.

Iris Tara now turned into Stara!
Penny the smuggler received some changes and updates to her appearance, as well as a new animation that complements her revamped design.
The Phoenix Crow has been given a new and improved design that makes him look even more impressive! Additionally, players who already own the skin will receive extra features such as a pin set, profile icon, spray, and voiceover for free during the first month.
Bonnie is getting two 29-gem skins which are Unicorn Bonnie and Foot Bonnie.

Starr Drops

The Brawl Talk starts off with a hint that boxes will be making a comeback. Fans have been expressing their disappointment in the lack of excitement and surprise in the current reward system for boxes. In response, the developers have introduced Starr Drops as an alternative.

Players have the opportunity to obtain 3 Starr Drops each day by winning matches of any type. The first Drop is awarded after the initial win, with additional ones granted on the fourth and eighth wins. These drops come in five different rarities - Rare, Super Rare, Epic, Mythic and Legendary - just like Brawlers do. By tapping their screens repeatedly, players can attempt to increase a drop's rarity level; generally speaking, higher rarity means better items will be obtained from it.

Each time a player receives a Drop, they will obtain one item. These Drops are called Starr Drops and can provide players with Coins, Power Points, Credits, Bling or Brawlers. The game developers have also added exclusive Pins that can only be obtained through the Starr Drop system along with Sprays and profile pictures which all add to the gaming experience. However, skins received from these drops are not seasonal but rather ones that you could previously acquire using Bling. Mythic and Legendaries remain inaccessible unless bought via Gems as before.

Re-adjustments due to Star Drops

The rewards have been raised by 20% compared to the previous amount. In order for each rare item that is obtained to be valuable, developers had to redistribute some of the rewards given from other sources such as Club League, Power League and a small portion from the Brawl Pass which are received at its conclusion.

Payload changes

The Payload game mode has been updated with new features. Players can now move and attack while inside the cart. Takedown and Wipeout have returned based on feedback from a survey conducted in-game. There are additional ways to complete quests, giving players more choices. Premium Brawl Pass users can also advance their quest progress throughout the season by purchasing it at any point and receiving all rewards available for that time period.
